G · Shelby County, KY
Peak 20.0 PPG in 1967-68 · Career avg 18.7
A three-time All-SEC guard who averaged 18.7 points per game across 82 games, Casey appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated as a sophomore and was part of what many consider UK's greatest recruiting class alongside Dan Issel and Mike Pratt. A devastating broken leg likely cost Kentucky a national championship in 1970.
