1982–86
A two-time SEC Player of the Year and consensus First Team All-American in 1986, Walker left Kentucky as the second-leading scorer in program history with 2,080 career points. He started all 103 career games across four seasons and won the 1989 NBA Slam Dunk Contest as a New York Knick.
