A dynamic point guard who averaged 12.5 points and 3.9 assists as a freshman in 2021-22, Washington was named to the SEC All-Freshman Team. Drafted 29th overall by the Memphis Grizzlies, he showed flashes of the scoring and playmaking ability that made him a McDonald's All-American.
